A popular pizzeria in Morris County has permanently shuttered after 25 years in business.

Cafe Villa on Main Street in Chatham closed Sunday, NJ- and PA-centered restaurant group 40NORTH announced in a message sent to its email subscribers.

“After over 25 years, Cafe Villa will be closing its doors at the end of service on Sunday, October 31st,” the email begins.

“In this season of gratitude, we give thanks for you, our wonderful guests, and your support. We value your patronage and appreciate the confidence you put in us.”

Meanwhile, customers with 40NORTH rewards points can use them at the group’s other restaurants, which can be found on their website.

“We look forward to seeing you soon,” the email concludes. “Thank you.”
